Coming Off Diet & Fat Loss Phase?

Hi CT,
I have just run your Thib Army fat loss plan & base diet for the last 8 weeks with awesome results. I am only doing 9weeks before I go on vacation, and when I get back I want to switch to a hypertrophy/strength block. So my question is how do you transition from a fat loss diet into a hypertrophy phase? Any advice on what to introduce back into my diet, and any tips that you would implement would be gold.

I’m coming off a 500-800 cal./day diet too.

CT’s dietary advice is top-notch. Never failed me. Keen on what he has to say.
