Coming off Berardi's Get Shredded...


I'll be coming off JB's Get Shredded in about 10 days. I've been following JW's 5/3/1 (yes even while dieting) and would like to switch it up to a more hypertrophy specific program while increasing calories coming off the diet. Just wondering if anyone can suggest a program to go to for this purpose?


that doesnt make sense.....a strength program while dieting? How would you reap the benefits of the program? Just curious\\

imo 2 day 1 day off day split

chest, shoulders, tris
back, bis, legs

8- 12 rep range 3 excercises for the big muscle groups and 2 excercises for the smaller ones.
