Thank you brother, yes I speak always to my Dna, I refer to my stem cells telling them to regenerate at the levl of a 17 years old. Thus I am 17 years old now! :slight_smile:

thank you bro, but I think to be mostly leaner.
Anyway I am training in a way that is yes intense but very light compared to what I am use to… I got really excited in Vince Gironda style and I am using it for myself
