Coming Back from Vacation


I worked through the first 3 weeks of the periodized hypertrophy phase, and then have been on vacation for a week.

Since the 4th week is a partial deload (i.e., no clusters) -- which I sort of got via the vacation -- does it make sense to just jump straight into the strength phase? Or should I just pick up where I left off?
