Coming Back From a Mini-Layoff

hey guys, i injured my elbow 1.5 weeks ago. it’s now healed.

165x5x5 on bench was pretty easy for me (coulda done 5x5 with more weight), but today 145x5x5 felt heavy (these 5’s were till failure basically).

how would i most efficiently get my bench strength back up?


do what u did before the injury to get ur strength up… work hard, eat and sleep theres no magic way to recover lost strength i dont think
