Ive been lifting for around 6 years now, with a large focus on football specific training. Lots of power and Olympic stuff in the program. Ive blown out my left knee twice (ACL/MCL/meniscus) and am now on the road to recovery.
Looking for any input from people on the best way to work back into shape from this type of injury. Maxed out (pre-op) on power cleans at 335 lbs.
