I had a kind of flu last week. Of course, I couldn't work out and eat as usual. I went from 223 lbs (100 kg) to 216 lbs (98kg). I know it's mostly water and glycogen loss but do you guys have some special tips to get back on the saddle quickly. I'm dissapointed with my current shape.
I'm slowly getting back to my normal meal plan ( 5 meals, 500g of carbs a day, 300g of protein) but I cannot go as fast as I'd like.
