Combining Workouts

Hello, I’m currently in a calorie deficit, working according to the Real Fast Fat Loss program, and I feel like it’s not enough of a workout for me. I’ve tried adding weight (to those exercises that use weights) but am having trouble keeping my form.

So I was wondering if there was any other program that I incorporate into my routine? I know that muscles need rest, but I’m willing to work hard and maybe take supplements that will help me.

NO all routines will work things go to hell when you start putting two together blindly. If what you are doing isnt working after a good haul and test run do something else
