do you think a schuedule (Type 1b program + sports) like that is a doable/good for increasing performance or is it likely too much?
Monday: Day 3
Tuesday: 10am Explosive Day 4 / 8pm 2h Basketball practice
Thursday: 8pm 2 hour Basketball practice
Friday: Day 1
Satuday: Skill Training (60-75min)
Sunday: Day 2 + Game (depending on the game time I would do the game or the training first)
