What would the optimal split be? Can I work them in a Day 1-SS Day 2-LL Day 3-SS fashion, with a day or two of rest total? i.e. rest day 4 and day 7?
I recomend you go and read this article on JB's site befor you load yourself with such a training program.
Short bouts of extreme amounts of training can be good, but need to be limited.
