Whelp, Ive ran this program a total of 10 times over the past 7 years and it works!

The bad:
Brutal on joints…just about every cycle (which is usually twice a year my knee’s start to ache near the end.

The Good:
Increase of about 10-15 lbs in cleans every cycle. Not sure if its the rxtra oly lifts or what but my cleans are always higher at the end of this. Bench, squat, deads, snatch, all about same once im done.
