Columbia Students Attack Minutemen

K, let’s forget about the making mexico part of the US bit. With it not being a part of the US, how could you not support enforcing the borders and immigration laws?

I support enforcing the laws just fine. I would like to change them, however. What we are doing right now isn’t working.

Step one would be making it easy to get a work visa – let’s start keeping track of our immigrants instead of having them steal our citizen’s identities.

If we manage to dry up the untracked and unaccounted for pool of workers around here, the ultra-cheap labor will not be such as common a commodity, and the folks who rely on the slave labor won’t be continuing the cycle that encourages border jumping.

It’s not like we aren’t already providing free health care to the indigents. Might as well make them toe the line like everybody else instead being ninjas in the system.

Agree.

That still seems like a waste of resources. Will the families be billed for the bullet?

no, i’ll pay for them. it’s the least i could do.of course they are gonna have to make the mauser 7.62 the official rifle becasue the ammo is dirt cheap and there is a ton of war surplus still floating around. who’s got $5 on it? or we could in fact skip the formalities and use that money to invest in more bullets. but i would still have five on it.

How the hell can anyone possibly be against enforcing our borders? What kind of mindset thinks wide open borders are a good idea?

Mine. I would make Mexico a part of the US if I could. I have posted why I feel this way many times already.

I would have to draw the line at punching dudes out over this, though. College kids.

dude, we have enough with east LA…

Great idea, I think we need more poverty in this country.

Of course you do, otherwise you would not import it like crazy.

Or export your jobs to the poor people which is kind of the same thing.

The only difference is they can`t mow your law out of India.

Thanks for yours. We aren’t going to agree on much around here, I’m afraid.

laugh The funny part is, that if we were a truly free American republic this wouldn’t be an issue. The fact is that with us being a socialist nation everyone wants to come and get their hands on all the money our government is handing out.

I say let immigrants come. The government has no right to tell me who I am allowed to hire. More bodies on the gov’t tit will also speed up the death of welfare, socialist security and other gov’t programs.

This way I will still be young enough to keep myself and my loved ones alive when shit gets crazy in the coming decades.

Cheap labor is cool.

The next time a kid wants to mow your lawn for say $5 per hour I want you to tell him that he’s worth $10 and then pay him what he’s worth.

Liberalism always sucks when it hits home huh?

It’s the poverty on a large scale that we can do without. That’s why my comment about including Mexico in the US.

I really don`t know where the problem is …

We, the EU, just swallowed our version of Mexico…

We, the Austrians, are close to dozens of countries that are larger than us AND earn less than Mexicans…

Get a grip, it will all work out fine…

If you embrace it instead of trying to hide behind a wall…

Because, you know, they would be huffing and buffing…

Yeah, I know. No war, no homeland security, safe streets even at midnight, now war on drugs, clean air, beautiful cities, no armed gangs, it?s, it?s …

…unbearable.

But please, try to stop the free market with a wall and government bureaucracy, oh American conservative…

Worked so well with the war on drugs, I am just dying for a sequel when it comes to immigration.

Since I am Austrian, they are spending your money, not mine.

Anytime there is a large difference things will change to even it out.

A huge country full of poor people sitting next to a huge country full of rich people cannot last.

The key is to manage the transition properly.

Our current and past policies do not allow us to manage the transition. Taking control of the border and increasing legal immigration certainly would help us manage the transition.

No really, your country is so insignificant it’s barely worth mentioning.

Yes a successful minor nation. Unfortunately dependent on the major powers for it’s survival. Likely to be an Islamic nation in 50-75 yrs. since those immigrants are outfucking you guys 3 to 1 and Europeans assimilate others in name only.

Hardly something we would want to emulate.

Exactly.

Austria has had more than it’s share of trouble over the last century and is likely headed for much more turmoil.

At least America tries to deal with it’s problems instead of turning a blind eye to them.

We are dealing with similar issues. Our ways work. Yours won`t.

We = actively integrating our Mexicos and bringing them to our level when it comes to stability, democracy and wealth ,like we did with Portugal, Spain, Greece…

You = hiding behind wall.

So, who is turning a blind eye to his problems?

how about the death penalty for illegal immigrants, or maybe for repeat offenders? that should solve this problem in a hurry. i dont mean the long 20 years on death row that would cost us wayyyy more than their lives are worth. i would like to see makeshift courts and firing squads set up at all border patrol stations. 2-3 days of cost to us for housing until the trial, and then the cost of a bullet. how’s that for a border policy, bitches.

That’s pretty good. WHen you catch them the first time, take a DNA sample and send them back. Next time the DNA matches, boom. No real need for a trial if you don’t allow any defense to being across the border illegally.

it’s not so much a “trial” as it is a formal sentencing. it’s not like they can get out of it, it’s just a formality.

Columbia University students storm a Minutemen event on their campus and throw slurs and punches in the process. I guess self righteous hypocracy and freedom of speech go hand-in-hand. If you don’t agree with something, hit the person that disagrees with you and call them names. Yeah, that’ll get your point across…

I always wondered why previleged rich snots try to take the high ground, and try to revert what got them to Ivy League school, by trying so desperately to seem progressive, and up for “change” then you fast-forward 8 years in the future and they are enjoying their capitalist job, while jumping ship from their “die-hard” views.

WTF?

Europe is F’ed as a result of the immigration of poor north African Muslims into every country including Austria.

Good luck being an ostrich!
