I hear this T-Nation place has high quality sups for reasonable prices.

Go to the top of the page. Click on “store.”

That’s crazy. There is no way anywhere that will sell HOT-ROX for less than $60. That’s impossible. That T-Nation place you are talking about sounds like a scam.

Did you read past the first sentence?

Hannah, if you’re serious about training and at the same time poor you have two main options:

  1. Optimize your diet, train hard, and live without supplements
  2. Sacrifice spending on other things that are less important or hinder your training goals (ie clothes, dining out, alcohol, etc.)

There are supplements that are cost-effective, but in the end nothing is really ‘cheap’ especially when you’re balancing your priorities on a tight budget.

The custom mix thing is fun. It’s a pity I don’t live in America
