Hey...I'm going to be going to college soon, like a couple months. I'm going to BYU if anybody went there. In some newspaper BYU was voted the most fit college in the nation. So I think that means that it's the easiest to stay healthy there. Good gyms, good hours, I think good food etc. And I'm going to be taking a beginner bodybuilding course for my PE credit.
Anyways...I was wondering if anybody had any college bodybuilding advice. Any cheap food recommendations? Did the "food-plan" have things that worked into a bulking diet? How did being sore while trying to concentrate on work? I don't know, I guess about anything you think a I should know about college and bodybuilding, I guess.
