Cold Thermogenesis

I read an interesting article on T-Nation a week or 2 ago about cold thermogenesis, and was wondering if any members could recommend a cold vest or a program to get started. As I work at home, this seems like something that would be a good supplement to my workouts.

If you think it’s worth trying, I’d start with the “casual” level discussed in the article. So, cold shower in the morning, shorts and t-shirt in a cool room while you’re working, and drinking ice water all day long. After a few weeks, if you think you’re seeing some benefit, bump things up a level.
