If anyone else is truly lactose intolerant as I am or sensitive to various foods, etc I’d highly recommend cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. I understand it’s supposed to be highly anti inflammatory. And I understand it’s supposed to help HDL levels.
I’ve been taking a tablespoon in the morning and at night for sometime now. And I’ve noticed that I get much less stomach upset even if I do have something with some lactose in it.
You have to pick the right one with the right amount of polyphenols.
