Hello Ive run Coffinworm yet as 4 x fb , as in the book. Can I run it as upper lower split?
I feel more fresh when I do upper lower split.
F.e. bench day
Press 5 x 5
Dead 5 x 3
Single leg extension
Single leg curl
Like this info An upper lower split and have enough rest between. And still be able to train heavy 4 days a week?
