Cockstrong531. Bring the Strength Back

So this my 531 log. Bought this book and loved it. Lost a lot of strength over the years and I want to be the biggest and strongest guy in my gym. Shouldn't be hard considering I workout at 24 hour fitness. Starting way light like the book says. Here's Sunday's workout

Easy presses...the assistance work felt good but the chins were humbling. Had a nice pump from it though.

I lose a ton of strength after 5 reps...very sad, not for long though!
