Was doing the coan phillipi deadlift routine with a previous max of 365 and desired 405. All was going ok until week 8. I got 365x2 fairly easily on week 7 but on week 8 was supposed to do 385x2. I didn’t even get it up to my knees… Question is what should i do now. I can only think of two options.
- Go on to week 9 and attempt 395x1
- Max Out to see how much I gained then move on to the next program i was going to do (Texas Method).
