Today when doing incline dumbbell curls, I tried something that felt really dang good-it was a modification from an article you wrote to do a 4 second pause on rep 1, then each 4 reps...
With the curls (light weights needed to do this), I took the contraction just short of full and held it 4s, then finished it and let it back down. The final squeeze after the hold felt great! But what do you think about this? I got the 4s hold idea from you after all .,,
