On March 16th Coach John Davies will be holding a conditioning seminar geared toward the martial artist/grappler. Seminar will be held in Westminster,CA, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Seminar will be limited to 12 participants. This is a hands on seminar where Coach Davies will present his unique ideas on conditioning for the martial artist.
