Would doing Olympic style lifts with some lighter weights, maybe in circuitus fashion, be a good GPP workout, I was thinking about doing these as warmups or possibly a few hours after my main workout to aid in recovery.
What is the matter with KB or db swings, or either non weighted or weighted GPP such as sled drags, farmers walks, or sledgehammer work?
I wouldnt suggest that although it is entirely possible. There are many are forms of work that will accomplish the goals you noted. In faith, Coach Davies
I agree w/ Hyphnz. Try a dumbbell circuit as a warmup. It’s truly awesome.
