Coach Davies, my email is screwed up again!

Tried to email you several times recently, but haven’t heard anything in a while. My email interface was changed recently (netmail 3.1), so I don’t know what’s going on exactly. Until that is cleared up, I guess I’ll just ask your opinion about why the rope work hurts my legs so much now. Also, a description for the hang power clean w/ dive start and drop pushups. I guess I’ll pose my question to the other forum members, too. I’ve been doing rope work daily since January. My technical skill has gotten pretty good, but several weeks ago, my shins and ankles started hurting during the rope work, leading to many sloppy sessions. They feel better after several days of no rope work, but after 1 or 2 hard sessions of jumping, they hurt again. What is going on?
