Coach Davies, I need some help with a strength and conditioning program for high school b-ball players. My dad is the high school coach and has put me in charge of a in-season and out of season training program for his players. I’m only 19 and could use a program too. I need a routine that incoporates weights, medicine balls, ladders, etc. In the off season, I’d like them to be on a plyometric program or some kind of program that will increase their vertical. I’m currently using Ian Kings “White men can jump” program. If you could, I need an entire routine for high school players including drills, weightlifting, agility drills, and anything else. If you could help, I would really appreciate it.Thank you.
