What kind of special drills would a basketball player do under your program? and is the renagde artical on t-mag used for every sport?

Will, the renegade basketball program is brutal fun. It incorporates cone drills, GPP, weight training, and so many basketball-specific movements that I would take up way too much forum space to list.

Hard to see any replies on this post because of the systems problems. The Renegade article is of interest but not an exact image of the basketball program. I use countless drills incorporating a hybrid of Olympic / Kbell and Med Ball movements that are impact greatly upon game performance. I look forward to speaking more with you.
