When doing the main lift on best damn strength program for Naturals. Would it be ok to do a few set of 1 or 2 reps before the all out set?
I feel like this gets me more ready for a Max rep set and allows me to get more reps maybe because its getting my CNS jacked up?
Example say my bench 85% is 275
I would do 2 or 3 sets of 1 or 2 explosive reps, and then perform my set of all out reps.
