CMS-MS Prep, CMS-MS Comp, MSIC PREP, MSIC COMP

It CMS-MS and MSIC Are the level of lifter. And prep is a preparation cycle to get you prepared to a comp or competition cycle. and the classifications are on the second page of this article Sheiko Shakes Up Powerlifting
