I've been having success using cluster sets lately, and I was wondering if you guys have similar success and wanna share something about clusters.
Ive started clusters also. Just wondering what the best progression is? Add weight or decrease time?
I use alot of rest pause and clusters. I also would like to know what progressions and set ups you are using...
I don't use them often, but I use a rest progression. I decrease time first (from 12 seconds between reps) and as soon as I am able to do 5 reps non-stop, I increase the weight. I used to do a weight progression, but constantly lifting at high intensity was too much for my CNS.
