What are some cluster scheme methods when wanting to using multiple reps per set?
I prefer 2-3 reps as it is makes it easier/safer to know know whether you will complete a set before being pinned.

Dan John likes 2-3-5s so you’re getting volume sub maximally for longevity. I’ve liked them better than 532 etc where its basically rest pause.
