Hey I’m just finishing up Smolov jr. for CGBP. What do I do during the deload week? I’m planning on resuming deadlifts, squats, rows etc. Would it be advisable to resume overhead pressing as well, then test my max bench on saturday? Or am I supposed to deload everything?
For reference I routinely deadlift monday, ohp tuesday, squat or snatch grip deadlift thursday, and bench press saturday.
