I forgot to ask about the flood. I remember the Cajun navy rescues on the local news. Most homes in that area had water up to their roof eaves. An awful lot of people in the parish are just stripping all flood damage from their homes, and trying to sell them “as is”. A thousand year flood.

I actually enjoyed squatting today and I never enjoy squatting. the paused squats were as deep as deep is in a 56yr old set of knees. There is an older fellow who is in he gym all the time on the weekends. He has to be 75-80, walks up to me between javelin sets…and says…I see you found a new way to torture yourself…laughs …pats me on the shoulder and proceeds about his business…It ranks in the top five best gym moments of my life…

elbow/forearm still a problem, but I think its slowly getting better.
