Sorry for being a girl… But I have the exact same shorts as those in the first vids (though maybe a little shorter) and I have been wondering whether I could get away with wearing them over the top of compression tights. It seems to work, yay. Or maybe I gotta be lifting a little more before I can pull that off… Hmm…
I noticed he took a big breath and held it quite a while before he initiated the lifts from the floor. Not so much for the jerk. Trying to get the hang of my breath at the moment.
