Clenbuterol Cycle Help?

Can any one recommend the safest and most effective way to dose clen for a first cycle. Not sure if I I should 2 day on/off, 2 weeks on/off

Possible layout

total of 6 weeks on, split into 3 two week cycles.

First peice of advice I will offer is to adjust those dosages from mg to mcg otherwise your cycle will be 1 day on and then dead.

It’s not how I run it but I have seen folks who use this approach and they seem to get results. I would caution about runing up to 100mcg and over just due to the stimulating effects I feel at 60-80mcg (couldn’t imagine what it would be like at twice my dose); but if you’re a stim junkie (and some folks are) you may be alright.
Here’s they way I run mine:
20mcg - 2 x day until I see my weight loss start to stall
then I go to
20mcg -3 x day until I stall
usually this is enough to get me where I need to be weight-wise. But if not I might go as high as 40mcg 2 x day.

Do you run it as a on/off protocol or continuous for the length of your cycle

I run it continuosly until I get where I need to be. Mind you, if you have massive amounts of weight to lose then this may change my opinion. I’ve run clen for 16 weeks before and haven’t experienced any problems.
Flipcollar likes (or atleast made mention of) albuterol instead of clen (and I won’t argue against his reasoning since it’s sound in my option; i just don’t have any experience with it so can’t commnet on its effectiviness versus clen).

It has a long half-life and serum levels slowly build up without needing larger doses. If you get in trouble with your heart wanting to bust out of your chest, you are in for 24 hours of hell or are on your way there. Do not combo with thyroid hormones or stimulants.

was planning on running it solo with maybe a low stim fat burner on off weeks only, going to try keep the dose as low as possible and only step up if required

Why would you want to come off only to use another stim? Seems counterintuative if your intent is to rest your CNS. Take KSman’s advice and go easy on any caffine and/or preworkouts until you know how you’re reacting to your dose.
