Clen/T3 and No AAS

Hi All,

I’ve read not to run T3 while not on gear because it can strip down muscle as well as fat. Would it be okay to run it at 12.5mcg so that my natural production is still going but still adding some fat burning benefits without risking burning muscle as well? I’d run it along side 2 weeks on 2 weeks off clen.

well, you could, but i think you’re short changing the benefits of the T3…

i’ll post a couple links later, but one study showed 100 mcg of T3 can increase beta-2 cells by 60% (thereby supercharging the clen!).

another shows 75 mcg of T3 can cut 10 lbs or so in 6 weeks…

I doubt 12.5mcg of T3 would make much difference at all.

yeah, i agree…

i’ve been unable to find accurate numbers as to how much T4 and T3 the body actually makes, but from what i’ve seen it’s not uncommon for people with their thyroid removed to be on 150-200 mcg of T4 (synthroid) a day. this apparently converts to 37.5-50 mcg of T3 (or cytomel) a day.

12.5 might be a good starting dose, but if taken for too long would most likely result in a negative feedback mechanism for the thyroid…

I’d just run the clen, personally
