Clen on a Cut Cycle...Worth It???

Planning a nice little cut cycle for the new year… Its a tried and true cycle I’ve used before Var & prop but thinkin clen toward the end… Heres my layout let me know what you think…

12Weeks goal lean mass & fat loss

Weeks 1-12
100mg test prop eod
80mg Anavar ed
2-3iu hgh daily
.25 anastrozle eod
.25 hcg 2x per week

Thinking about the clen for the last 2 weeks just to push some extra fat loss… Or possibly just doing the clen 2 on 2 off after cycle untill desiered fat loss

No pct needed just B&C’ing back on mintence after 12weeks

0.875 mg anastrozole per week will not control 350mg T per week.

This is not a dose: ".25 hcg 2x per week "
250iu SC EOD is a good replacement dose for LH.

Yea…anastrozle is a bit low…Its kinda my starting point I adjust as I feel it… I find if I start to high my sex drive & mood is shit…prolly end up .25 daily…yes 250 hcg or 25 units on a slin is what I meant… 500 per week keeps my nards man size…
So what about the clen?? No comments from the bromunity

really? i’ve been looking at doing a 6 week run pretty soon…

FWIW, i was rather surprised how i reacted to clen. i gained noticeable LBM, and was on a maintenance diet, more or less. i wasn’t training very hard at the time, so i have yet to truly understand the clen cramps, however.

yeah, that’s my big reservation in doing clen at all again… i was thinking the taurine and ketotifen would mitigate a bunch of the risks, though.

i’ve been doing good… working out a lot and busy at work, so i haven’t been around much lately. most of my injuries seem to be back to normal, or normal-ish. however, i’m kicking around the idea of running some TB500 or MK677 to heal up a bit more, tho…

Clen gives me crazy shakes a weird muscle cramps even at 30mcg so I usually just leave it alone.

From what I heard and this is my first time trying clen so dont flame me… But seems like most bros go 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

I was thinking maybe my last 4 weeks of cycly just doing the last 2 weeks at 20mcg daily…or just go hard in the paint and bang out the last 4 weeks for hawt abzzzz… That seems reasonable then just save the rest for some pre pool season shredding or help a fat ass friend out

Remember Im combo’ing this with 100mg test prop eod and 80-100mg Anavar daily over 12weeks… I’ll be taking some liver support stuff but dont want to push my poor liver too hard I wanna live boys

I dunno, man. I know that keto means you can run clen longer, but I still don’t think you should. Also it makes me feel like shit so I have no idea how anyone manages more than 5 days on it anyway.

I only run it on my off lifting days when I do my cardio in the morning. So 3-4 times a week tops but I have ran it like this successfully for 12 weeks long. Mind you its literally every other day though and I used Benedryl nightly as well which supposedly helps allow it to be ran longer.

by all means, be cautious in your dosing… even on this thread we have vastly different tolerances. i ran the same batch of clen as a buddy, and he struggled to write anything at 80 mcg/day (due to the shakes), whereas i was yawning next to him on 140 mcg/day. granted, i am very stim tolerant, but i’d ensure you take potassium and taurine along with it, as clen causes increased excretion of both of them. also, i believe some of the heat concerns with clen are due to low taurine levels in the heart…

i did extensive research into the Benadryl thing, as compared to ketotifen, and never found any real data to prove that, FWIW.

but, if it works for ya, then it simply might be something that has yet to be studied or proven…

yeah, i think i might be just being cheap/lazy. i’ve got the clen sitting around, and i’d like to use it, and i have the fat to lose… but i also had a buddy my age die from some heart issues (most likely genetic, and not due to clen, btw…), so i’m a little more leary than i used to be…

Yeah I don’t know if actually helped but, I was told by a way more knowledgable person than my self and if nothing else it did help me sleep considering I was using Tren at the time. But for the entire 12 weeks I never went over 60mcg and kept constant shakes and sides from it so I never built a tolerance to it and I didn’t die lol

Clen, I don’t like it. Used before, but the sides, ohhh… Holy Shit! Shakes, shakes, shakes, you’re not be able to do nothing else, to work, to eat become a big problem because you cannot put the fork into your mouth, you cannot take a coffe at work without people asking you “R U OK man?” no, no… I’m having some Parkinson Atack, I’m fine… Use ephedrine, effective, less sides, and great, great fat burner, and it’s cheap!

Clen operates on a single receiver, ephedrine operates on several, just like caffeine, so you’ll feel more energy, more power to train without SHAKING FOREVER.
Clen is a great fat burner but you’ll feel like shit almost everytime.

Thanks yea… I think the consensus is clen is dangerous as I knew it to be… I tend to over react on stims anyhow so I will keep does as low as possible 20mcg for 2 weeks and end of cycle… & yea heard about the over heating thing so doing it when its cold…Yes though TM, I agree a ECA stck is cheap and works… Just didnt want to dump all that shit on my liver with everything else… Generally just do a ECA stack off cycle…Also if Clen is a nightmare at that does I will probably bail on it… The var & Test P should do 95% of the work anyhow

in some places in the US, clen is easier to get and cheaper than ephedrine now… and ephedrine used to be OTC, too. plus, the legality is different… it’s generally just a misdemeanor for clen, but a felony for ephedrine (due to people used it to cook crystal meth).

Ephidrine still is otc & cheap…Its ez & cheap to make fat burner just google eca stack…bronkaid + caffeine + asprin…cheaper then fat burners & works like ol school ripped fuel…just thought I’d try clen cuz Im a juice monkey
