FWIW, i was rather surprised how i reacted to clen. i gained noticeable LBM, and was on a maintenance diet, more or less. i wasn’t training very hard at the time, so i have yet to truly understand the clen cramps, however.

yeah, that’s my big reservation in doing clen at all again… i was thinking the taurine and ketotifen would mitigate a bunch of the risks, though.

I dunno, man. I know that keto means you can run clen longer, but I still don’t think you should. Also it makes me feel like shit so I have no idea how anyone manages more than 5 days on it anyway.

yeah, i think i might be just being cheap/lazy. i’ve got the clen sitting around, and i’d like to use it, and i have the fat to lose… but i also had a buddy my age die from some heart issues (most likely genetic, and not due to clen, btw…), so i’m a little more leary than i used to be…
