Gonna run it for the first time. Stats 20 years old, 5’9’’ 168lbs about 15-16% bf. Want to get to 10% eventually. Got my diet in check (1.5g Protein x BW, .5g carbs x BW, rest in fats). Supplementing with fish oil, mulit, potassium and taurine. It’s 100mcg/ML
Would i be ok stacking (mcg’s) 20/40/60/80/100/100/100/100/100/100/80/60/40/20, for 2 weeks on if i feel like the sides aren’t too bad to increase?
