Hello forum,

I have searched the web but couldn't find the exact answer for my question. During a fat loss program, one should aim to lose between 2-3 pounds per week, and anymore than that is considered extreme and catabolic. What is the absolute maximum amount of lbs. one should aim to lose during clen? <- without compromising muscle

I wouldn't put a number on it. The maximum amount of fat you should aim to lose is the maximum you can lose whilst preserving the most muscle. This varies from person to person, obviously.

I would concentrate on diet and training first and foremost for fat loss, the clen is merely a catalyst.

Diet and training are on check. If I normally lose 2-3 pounds a week when dieting, what would you guys think is an acceptable additional fat loss per week? maybe 1 more pound?
