Clean Tuna but Taste Good?

Ok people I am trying to figure a way to prepare some tuna “the clean way” that will taste good. How do you guys do it. And of course I’m a poor ass bodybuilder so no fancy crap.

put the tuna in a bowl, dice 2 hard boiled eggs in it, drizzle in italian dressing and enjoy

try a spicy dipping mustard. i’ve heard hot sauce is pretty good too, although i’ve never tried it.

Mix in some salsa!

1 can tuna + 1 avocado + salsa = delicious!

…and you can put it all on a pita if you’re feeling crazy.

a good olive oil with work as well. could also mix with cream of mushroom or something comparable, broccoli, and some nice ceddar cheese…then cook until desired.

Large Can of Tuna
Coco milk
Frozen strawberries
Frozen blueberries
Frozen pineapple
Whatever other frozen fruit I have
OJ
Superfood

Put in blender, blend heavily, consume

damn ghost thats pretty unique.

tuna packed in olive oil-add lemon juice and chopped onion.

That’s a lot nicer way of putting it than I normally hear.

The fruit and OJ (also use cranberry sometimes) masks the flavor pretty well and it’s a nice big hit of protein in the morning when I don’t wanna do a real meal.

Canned crab is pretty awesome too, if you’re looking to change it up.
