Currently my snatch 1 rep max is 70kg, clean and jerk is 90kg, back squat is 140kg ass to ground and deadlift is 210kg.
What should I be pulling as a 1 rep max on snatch and clean pulls in relation to my deadlift strength?
110% of your Sn
105% of your CJ
It’s not in relation to your DL strength, it’s in relation to your olifts.
DL doesn’t matter unless you do it with strict OLy form.
