I’m coming back from an injury that’s kept me out of the gym for almost a year now. The clean & press is an exercise that is comfortable for my body and that I enjoy doing as well. However, I’ve never incorporated it full-time into a workout.
My primary focus is shoulder mass & strength, so my question is… do I clean once and press 8 times, or clean AND press 8 times? Is there a benefit to one over the other?
