Well I did my first workout of clean/jerks yesterday and I’ve found my new favorite lift! First off it’s fun as shit, second it’s one hell of a workout. I’d strongly suggest anyone give it a try if they’re looking to shake things up a bit.
Yeah I agree, they are a lot of fun. I remember the first time I did them after a few sets of 3 reps I felt like I’d sprinted a few 400m intervals!
