@CT, anyone that's tried SGHPs will its a monstrous exercise. But I can't help but think my lateral deltoid aren't getting the same stimulation as traps or flutes for examples. I started toying with clean grip pulls, we'll slightly-wider-than-shoulder-width grip pulls. It's too early to tell for me personally but do you think this narrower grip could help stimulate deltoids? -I also focused on squeezing the delts at the top of the movement when I could.
