Just curious to know how many of you use this exercise for leg development…
I was using it before xmas as I liked the extra tension in the upper back, plus it allowed for a deeper start position. My leg posterior chain strength improved rapidly.
Unfortunately, I was not doing any grip work and my grip strength did not improve at the same rate, resulting in a pulled forearm muscle and strained tendons. Bad.
Be careful with it. I got carried away with increasing the load without taking note of whether the rest of my body could handle it.
