so I am trying to document any and all healthy foods that I will willingly eat.
I have broken it into carbs fats and protein.

Carbohydrates
Rice
Quinoa
Oats
Whole Grain Bread
Fruits
Veggies
Potatoes
Whole Grain Tortilla
Beans

Protein
Chicken
Turkey
Beef
Bison
Fish
Milk
Eggs
Protein Powder

Fat
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Coconut Oil
Flaxseed Oil
Fish Oil

If anything is out of place or you think of anything I forgot please help me out. Thanks!

you’ll noticed I grouped things like fruits and veggies together. I tend to generalize in these areas. when I need a piece of fruit I grab w/e I see first.

Protein - Tuna !!! Nothing better than a Tuna+spinach Snack

add avocado in there as fats.
half of one a day is awesome.
mash it up put it on a tuna lettuce wrap mmmmmmm
think ill make one now in fatc.

Fats:
Avocado (already mentioned)
Almond Butter
Peanut Butter

Carbs:
Kimchi (if you are a fan of Asian flavors and do not have concerns with sodium)
Yams
Sweet Potato
Grape Fruit

Protein:
Salmon
Tipila
Orange Roughy
Tuna
(most fishes really)
