Classic Grow! vs Surge


Sooo for mid and post workout I always have used Surge. Thoughts as to which one is better and why...


Surge is better for Peri workout when FAST protein and carbs are needed. Classic Grow! is a Great MRP for other periods when Slower Protein and Carbs are needed. Like Morning and a second post w/o feeding and well most times of the day to fit your goals.
