Ok,here’s a question that I’ve often wondered…does anyone religiously take CLA? Curious, because I was introduced to it about a year ago and the all buff-bulging-out-of-his-GNC-shirt dude raved about it, he takes it before he goes to the beach…this of course struck a cord with me (26 year old female, trains hard always trying
to look good and improve her physique) and bought it. He said that it restricts your fat cells from getting bigger. It also stretches the skin over the muscle for a more visual effect.
I swear by CLA…thing is, I’ve NEVER heard about it from other people. I tell people about it at the gym, etc. But nobody seems to recognize or care. What gives?
And so, does anyone take it? Like it? Hate it? lemme know, just wondering.
