I read some stuff saying that CLA reduces abdominal fat. Anyone ever have postive results with using it for that???
While there’s no spot reduction, I’d say there’s maybe a slight decrease in’ab fat’ compared to normal when dieting and exercising properly and using high doses. It’s also great as an anti-inflammatory.
I saw no results from using CLA… A few of my friends haven’t found great results either. Just eat right and lift hard!!!

There are different isomers. Some have panned out for fat loss and some haven’t. I sometimes use NOW’s brand which also has green tea extract. It’s called Abs+. I would use 9 pills a day.
