CKD vs TKD

so I did the CKD a couple weeks ago, and It was workin pretty well but i always felt flat… I was thinking about switchin to the TKD does it work as well?

I care a million times more about keeping muscle than losing fat so i dont mind if its slower as long as its less catabolic… (i already know that once in ketosis its anti-catabolic) also does anyone know what happens to bcaas that are ingested while in ketosis.

I am worried that they are just going through gluconeogenesis and spiking my insulin levels and thus is pointless to take as compared to just a meal…
