Hi fellow T nation members,

Little introduction on myself and training background;
I’m 23 years old from UK
Used to work in a gym for a few years but then quite and work as a factory worker now
Haven’t trained consistently for probably two years now and diet has been non existent so I thought this would be the best way to keep on track and get somewhere with it all.

To start off with I’m going to follow Christian Thibaudeau’s ‘the best damn workout plan for natural lifters’ program but without the intensity techniques to start with so would be more of a 3 sets of 6-8 reps plan. I’ll just progressively overloading until I get to a good enough level before I start throwing in the intensity techniques to make sure I’m fully recovering from each session.

I am possibly thinking of making a vlog of my progress as well as this training log because I think there’s a niche in the market with just normal people training from the beginning of their lifting life as most people on YouTube etc are full time in the fitness industry when they start.
