Does anyone know what the Cinnamon and ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) Protocol is for increasing insulin sensitivity? And would this help to control fat gain during a clean bulk?
Cinnamon can help decrease blood sugar levels, so is a good spice to include for health reasons. ACV, I can’t speak for. Seems it has hundreds of said “uses” whether or not it works for insulin sensitivity I’m not sure.
